about

This is a record about caves, both in a literal and figurative sense. One's mind is a cavern, and, as with any cavern or cave, the deeper one pushes beneath the surface, the more difficult the return journey becomes. "Beneath" seeks to explore the darkness, isolation, madness, and eventual solace that results from being lost and trapped in dark recesses of many types. Recommended listening environment: headphones, high volume, closed eyes, dark room.
